Served as President of the Society for Environmental Graphic Design (SEGD), the national organization of designers and fabricators of signage, wayfinding, and place-making for public spaces. Worked on the national board, served as Secretary, and participated in regional planning for a national conference and a special meeting about ADA issues.
This brochure invited SEGD and museum community designers to a special workshop on zoo and other exhibition design professionals.
As one of the "Excellent Judges," developed criteria and a process for assessing museum exhibits from the visitor experience perspective.
